瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病对血糖指标的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病对血糖指标的影响。方法110例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各55例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈治疗。比较两组血糖恢复正常时间、治疗期间低血糖次数、治疗前后血糖生化值[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、临床疗效。结果观察组血糖恢复正常时间(7.10±1.21)d短于对照组的(10.25±2.45)d,治疗期间低血糖次数(3.24±1.25)次低于对照组的(7.52±2.34)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的FPG、2 h PG、HbA1c均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率96.36%(53/55)高于对照组的81.82%(45/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合瑞格列奈方案治疗对血糖控制效果更好,可有效控制血糖和减少低血糖发生风险,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of repaglinide combined with metformin on blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 110 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with repaglinide.The recovery time of blood glucose,frequency of hypoglycemia during treatment,biochemical value of blood glucose[fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)]before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of blood glucose(7.10±1.21)d in the observation group was shorter than(10.25±2.45)d in the control group,and the frequency of hypoglycemia(3.24±1.25)times during treatment was lower than(7.52±2.34)times of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the FPG,2 h PG,and HbA1c of the two groups were reduced,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 96.36%(53/55)in the observation group was higher than 81.82%(45/55)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with repaglinide has better effect on blood glucose control,which can effectively control blood glucose and reduce the risk of hypoglycemia,and it is worthy of promotion.
