胃安中药颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究胃安中药颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果。方法90例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为配方组及汤剂组,每组45例。汤剂组给予传统胃安汤中药汤剂治疗,配方组给予胃安中药颗粒治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候评分,治疗费用及不良反应发生情况。结果配方组患者的治疗总有效率93.33%高于汤剂组的75.56%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的胃脘疼痛、上腹不适、恶心呕吐、饥不欲食评分均低于本组治疗前,且配方组患者的胃脘疼痛、上腹不适、恶心呕吐、饥不欲食评分分别为(1.87±0.54)、(1.37±0.64)、(1.09±0.31)、(1.34±0.22)分,均低于汤剂组的(2.76±0.23)、(2.43±0.54)、(1.87±0.96)、(1.76±0.90)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。配方组治疗3个疗程的治疗费用为(2678.75±401.13)元,高于汤剂组的(1799.57±397.28)元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论胃安中药颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的效果优于传统的胃安汤中药汤剂,对中医证候的改善效果显著且无不良反应发生。Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine Weian granule in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into formula group and decoction group,with 45 cases in each group.The decoction group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Weian Decoction,and the formula group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Weian decoction.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment,treatment costs and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 93.33%in the formula group was higher than 75.56%in the decoction group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric pain,epigastric discomfort,nausea and vomiting,and hunger without appetite of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment;the scores of epigastric pain,epigastric discomfort,nausea and vomiting,and hunger without appetite of the formula group were(1.87±0.54),(1.37±0.64),(1.09±0.31),(1.34±0.22)points,which were all lower than(2.76±0.23),(2.43±0.54),(1.87±0.96),(1.76±0.90)points of the decoction group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment cost of the formula group for 3 courses of treatment was(2678.75±401.13)yuan,which was higher than(1799.57±397.28)yuan of the decoction group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during treatment in either group.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Weian granule has better effect than Weian decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,and it has significant improvement effect on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes without adverse reactions.
