腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石的疗效及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年10月蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者60例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者实施开腹手术,观察组患者实施腹腔镜联合胆道镜手术。比较2组患者的取石成功率、并发症发生率及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)]评分。结果:观察组的取石成功率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,术后PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜联合胆道镜可有效提高胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者的取石成功率,减少并发症,改善睡眠质量,因此应用价值较高。Objective:To analyze the efficacy of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis and influence for sleep quality.Methods:A total of 60 patients with cholecystolithiasis and choledocholithiasis in First People′s Hospital of Bengbu City from January 2019 to October 2020 were divided into reference group(open surgery group)and observation group(laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy group)with 30 cases in each group according to the method of random number table.The success rate of stone extraction,incidence of complications and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]score of two groups were compared.Results:The success rate of lithotomy of observation group was significantly higher than that of reference group,the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of reference group,and the postoperative PSQI score was significantly lower than that of reference group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope can effectively improve the success rate of stone extraction of patients with cholecystolithiasis combined with choledocholithiasis,reduce the complications and improve sleep quality,so its application value is higher.
