摘 要:迪拜某抽水蓄能电站拟采用竖井式地下厂房,厂房竖井设计高度为70.5 m,净直径约为44.0 m。由于厂房距离下水库较近,外水压力须按全水头并考虑1.35倍的荷载分项系数,运行期厂房衬砌将承受巨大的外水压力,对衬砌结构的安全非常不利。文中设计了多种衬砌结构型式,采用ABAQUS软件进行线性及非线性计算方法进行验证并优化,最终提出了经济合理的衬砌结构型式。该衬砌结构满足安全稳定性要求,降低了工程投资,其研究方法和计算结论可供类似工程参考。A pumped storage power station in Dubai plans to adopt a shaft type underground powerhouse, with a shaft design height of 70.5 m and a net diameter of about 44.0 m. As the powerhouse is close to the lower reservoir, the external water pressure should be based on the full water head and 1.35 times of the sub-load coefficient should be considered. During the operation period,the lining of the workshop will bear huge external water pressure, which is very detrimental to the safety of the lining structure. In this paper, a variety of lining structures are designed, and ABAQUS software is used to verify and optimize the linear and nonlinear calculation methods. Finally, an economic and reasonable lining structure is proposed. The lining structure meets the requirement of safety and stability and reduces the project investment. The research method and calculation conclusion can be used as reference for similar projects.
