高山姬鼠肥满度与胴体重长指标比较研究

摘　　要：肥满度和胴体重长指标作为衡量动物对环境适应的生理指标和营养状况的综合指标,研究其变化规律,对于了解动物身体状况的优劣具有十分重要的意义。通过对2014—2020年贵州省余庆县旱地生境捕获的78只高山姬鼠的肥满度和胴体重长指标进行比较分析,结果表明,高山姬鼠平均肥满度为(2.91±0.46)g·cm^(-3),平均胴体重长指标为(1.85±0.35)g/cm,不同性别间高山姬鼠肥满度和胴体重长指标无显著差异,但雌鼠妊娠会造成肥满度和胴体重长指标的增加;种群年龄组成与肥满度和胴体重长指标的变化规律呈正相关;季节变化会造成肥满度和胴体重长指标的变化,肥满度随季节的变化不会产生显著差异,但胴体重长指标随季节的变化会产生显著差异或极显著差异;肥满度和胴体重长指标均随年度的变化有所变化,但两者间的变化规律不同。Fatness and carcass weight are the comprehensive indicators to measure the physiological and nutritional status of animals.It is of great significance to study their changing rules for understanding the physical condition of animals.A comparative analysis was made on the fatness and carcass weight index of 78 Apodemus chevrieri cap⁃tured in dry land habitat in yuqing county from 2014 to 2020.The results showed that the average fatness and car⁃cass weight index of Apodemus chevrieri were(2.91±0.46)g·cm^(-3)and(1.85±0.35)g/cm,respectively.The age compo⁃sition was positively correlated with the changes of fatness and carcass weight and length.Seasonal changes will lead to changes in fatness and carcass weight and length,while fatness will not show significant differences with sea⁃sonal changes,but carcass weight and length will show significant differences or extremely significant differences with seasonal changes.Fatness and carcass weight change with the year,but the changing rules are different be⁃tween them.
