摘 要:以宁粳44号为试验材料,设计了0、1500kg/hm^(2)、3000kg/hm^(2)和4500kg/hm^(2)等4种不同施用量处理,研究复合微生物菌肥对土壤养分、水稻生长发育及产量的影响。结果表明:3000kg/hm^(2)复合微生物菌剂肥处理效果最佳,与对照相比,株高增加33.23%,有效穗数增加40.53%,每穗粒数增加69.84%,千粒重增加27.35%,籽粒产量增加45.7%,增产率增加34.92%。同时,增加了土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷、速效钾含量,提高了水稻土壤的养分含量。可见,合理适量地施用复合微生物菌剂肥可有效提高土壤养分含量,促进水稻增产,具有较高的推广应用价值。In this paper,taking Ningjing 44 as the research object,four different application rates of 0kg/hm^(2),1500kg/hm^(2),3000kg/hm^(2)and 4500kg/hm^(2)were designed to study the effects of compound microbial fertilizer on soil nutrients and rice.The influence of growth and yield.The results showed that the 3000kg/hm^(2)composite microbial fer⁃tilizer treatment had the best effect.Compared with the control,the plant height increased by 33.23%,the number of effective ears increased by 40.53%,the number of grains per ear increased significantly by 69.84%,and the thou⁃sand-grain weight increased by 27.35%.The output increased significantly by 45.7%,and the increase rate increased significantly by 34.92%.At the same time,increase the content of soil organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium,and increase the nutrient content of rice soil.It can be seen that the reasonable and appropriate application of the compound microbial inoculum fertilizer can effectively increase the nu⁃trient content of the soil and promote the increase of rice production,which has a high value for popularization and application.
