摘  要:建立氰化氢气体检测报警器的校准方法。通过模拟实际的气体扩散状况,分别对扩散式电化学传感原理的氰化氢气体检测报警器的示值误差、重复性、响应时间等项目进行校准。总结了多台仪器的校准结果,提出了科学合理的氰化氢气体检测仪校准的技术指标:绝对误差为±2 μmol/mol,或者相对示值误差不大于10%,满足其一即可;重复性不大于3%,扩散式仪器的响应时间不大于90 s,泵吸式仪器不大于60 s。该校准方法对氰化氢气体检测报警器的性能进行了科学的评价,对于各类有毒有害气体报警器的校准具有参考价值和指导意义。The calibration method of hydrogen cyanide gas detection alarm was established.By simulating the actual gas diffusion condition,the indication error,repeatability,response time and other items of hydrogen cyanide gas detection alarm based on diffusion electrochemical sensing principle were calibrated respectively.The calibration results of several instruments were summarized,and a scientific and reasonable technical index for the calibration of hydrogen cyanide gas detector was put forward:the absolute error was±2 μmol/mol,or the relative indication error was not more than 10%;The repeatability was no more than 3%,the response time of diffusion instrument was no more than 90 s,and that of pump suction instrument was no more than 60 s.The calibration method scientifically evaluates the performance of hydrogen cyanide gas detection alarm,and has reference value and guiding significance for the calibration of various toxic and harmful gas alarms.
