摘　　要：规范色谱质谱联用仪校准方案策划和校准结果确认的程序。以色谱质谱联用仪校准结果确认中存在的问题为导向,从解决问题的根源出发,提出应以预期使用要求作为校准要求的来源,通过充分分析检测方法/技术规范的要求和/或与客户达成的约定等,识别关键的校准参数和测量范围、不确定度要求;综合考虑校准周期、校准机构和校准技术规范、实施与调整等,有效策划校准方案,科学制定验收准则,并应根据校准方案开展校准证书完整性和校准结果符合性的确认与处置;简要描述液相色谱质谱联用仪的校准方案策划实例。该研究充分且有效地策划校准方案,正确地开展校准结果的确认与处置,可有力保障色谱质谱联用仪计量溯源管理工作的规范性和有效性。The procedures for planning the calibration scheme and confirming the calibration results of chromatography–mass spectrometer were standardized.Guided by the problems existing in the verification of calibration results of chromatography–mass spectrometer,starting from solving the root causes of the problems,it was proposed that the requirements of intended use should be taken as the source of calibration requirements.By fully analyzing the requirements of test methods/technical specifications and/or agreements reached with customers,the key calibration parameters,measurement range and uncertainty requirements were identified.Comprehensively consider the calibration cycle,calibration organization and calibration technical specifications,implementation and adjustment,effectively plan the calibration scheme,scientifically formulate the acceptance criteria,and confirm and dispose the integrity of the calibration certificate and the conformity of the calibration results according to the calibration scheme.The study fully and effectively plans the calibration scheme and correctly carries out the confirmation and disposal of calibration results,which can effectively ensure the standardization and effectiveness of measurement traceability management of chromatography–mass spectrometer.
