摘 要:钢箱梁因其自重轻、跨度大、承载能力高和施工方便等特点,在道路工程中得到了广泛应用。论文以某立交匝道钢箱梁桥施工为例,介绍了钢箱梁安装拼接关键技术,对钢箱梁施工安装、临时支护、钢箱梁运输及吊装过程进行了分析,提出了与钢箱梁施工质量相关的控制要点,旨在为类似立交匝道桥钢箱梁的施工提供参考。Steel box girder is widely used in road engineering because of its characteristics of light weight, large span, high bearing capacity and convenient construction. The application of steel box girder in the construction of overpass ramp can effectively improve the construction quality and efficiency. Taking the construction of an on-ramp steel box girder bridge as an example, this paper analyzes the key technologies of installation and splicing of steel box girder, and analyzes the construction and installation of steel box girder, temporary support, transportation and hoisting of steel box girder, in order to provide reference for the construction of steel box girder of ramp bridge similar to overpass.
