摘　　要：EPC工程总承包可以实现对设计、采购以及施工多个环节的全面覆盖,其在应用过程中可以提升对项目质量以及成本等各个要素的管控力度,对项目效益的提高有重要意义。论文简要阐述了EPC项目的特点和优势,并以某工程为例,从设计阶段、采购阶段以及施工阶段3个方面着手,对EPC项目管理模式的实践应用进行了详细分析,旨在为相关研究人员提供参考,进而提升EPC项目管理模式的应用成效。EPC project general contracting can cover all aspects of design, procurement, transportation and construction. In the application process, it can improve the management and control of various elements such as project quality and cost, which is of great significance to the improvement of project benefits. This paper briefly expounds the characteristics and advantages of EPC project, and taking a project as an example, analyzes the practical application of EPC project management mode in detail from the aspects of design stage, procurement stage, and construction stage, aiming at providing reference for related researchers, and then improving the application effect of EPC project management mode.
