摘 要:为明确奶牛产后卵巢静止与肝脏功能的内在联系,以肝功指数(liver function index,LFI)为自变量,分为低LFI组(n=30头)和高LFI组(n=30头),采用B超、队列研究的M-Hχ;检验分析、双变量相关分析、二元Logistic回归模型和ROC分析的方法,分析60头奶牛产后21 d血浆中氧化应激、能量代谢、矿物质、激素等指标和50~55 d卵泡发育状况,并确定LFI对奶牛卵巢静止的风险预测值。结果显示,低LFI的奶牛在产后21 d的SOD、GSH、GH、Glu极显著降低(P<0.01);抑制羟自由基能力、E_(2)、P_(4)、IGF-1显著降低(P<0.05);BHBA极显著升高(P<0.01)、NEFA显著升高(P<0.05)。并且,低LFI使奶牛产后卵巢静止发生的风险增高2.67倍,LFI对奶牛卵巢静止的最佳预警值为LFI<-3.15,有较高的诊断意义。In order to clarify the internal connection between postpartum inactive ovaries and liver function in dairy cows,liver function index(LFI)was used as the independent variable,and was divided into low LFI group(n=30)and high LFI group(n=30).B-ultrasound and M-Hχ2 test analysis,bivariate correlation analysis,binary logistic regression model and ROC analysis methods were used to analyze the oxidative stress,energy metabolism,minerals,hormones,and other indicators in the plasma of 60 dairy cows 21 d postpartum and the follicular development status of 50-55 d,the predictive value of LFI for the risk of inactive ovaries in dairy cows was determined.The results showed that the SOD,GSH,GH and Glu of cows with low LFI were significantly reduced at 21 d postpartum(P<0.01);the ability to inhibit hydroxyl free radicals,E_(2),P_(4)and IGF-1 was significantly reduced(P<0.05);BHBA was significantly increased(P<0.01),NEFA was significantly increased(P<0.05).Moreover,low LFI increased the risk of postpartum inactive ovaries in dairy cows by 2.67 times.The best warning value of LFI for inactive ovaries in dairy cows was LFI<-3.15,which had high diagnostic significance.
