摘　　要：针对某型工程车负载敏感变量泵的特点,分析了负载敏感变量泵的工作原理和常见故障,选取了合适的故障特征,制订了负载敏感变量泵的就车检测方案。实验表明,该方案能够有效记录液压泵出口油液压力与流量的变化,绘制变量泵的压力—流量曲线,对液压泵性能进行评估。According to the characteristics of the load-sensitive hydraulic pump of a certain type of construction truck,the working principle,common faults and causes of the load-sensitive variable pump are analyzed,and the fault feature selection is made,and the testing scheme of the load-sensitive variable pump is formulated.The experimental results show that the scheme can record the change of the oil pressure and flow at the outlet of the hydraulic pump when the load changes,draw the pressure-flow curve of the variable pump,and evaluate the performance of the hydraulic pump.
