摘 要:目前石油机采仍以抽油泵为主要装置,而柱塞表面磨损是影响抽油泵工效及寿命的关键因素。现有技术存在成本高、效果不佳等问题,鉴于此,凭借仿生方法学低耗高效优势,基于生物体表非光滑耐磨减阻特性,设计并加工仿生织构柱塞试样,探究多工况往复式润滑摩擦性能。试验结果表明,仿生织构可降低约40%的摩擦阻力,提高了耐磨性能。随后,测定实际柱塞表面仿生织构加工前后漏失量,经对比未发现明显差异,保证了泵效。At present,the oil pump is still the main device for mechanical extraction.The wear of the plunger surface is a key factor affecting the work efficiency and life of the oil well,while existing related technologies have the problems of high cost and poor effect.In view of this,consider the low-cost and high-efficiency characteristics of the bionics method,based on the non-smooth wear-resistant and drag-reducing characteristics of the biological surface,the bionic texture plunger sample was designed and processed to explore the tribological properties of reciprocating lubrication under multiple working conditions.The test results show that the bionic texture can reduce the friction resistance about 40%and improve the wear resistance.Subsequently,the loss of the actual plunger surface before and after the bionic texture processing was measured and no obvious difference was found after comparison,which ensured the pump efficiency.
