摘 要:在工程机械用液压缸中,为了减少活塞在往复直线运动的过程中与液压缸内壁表面由于相对滑动而产生的摩擦,提高液压缸的使用寿命,特别是在高速、重载荷以及连续作业的工况下,可在活塞表面堆焊一定高度的铜合金,以增加活塞工作面的滑动性能,从而降低磨损。通过理论分析,介绍了常用于堆焊的铜合金的性能特点,以及通过选择合适的堆焊材料、焊接方法与焊接工艺,在45#钢活塞表面堆焊铜合金,从而得到一种既有一定的强度,同时又具有良好滑动性能的工作面的活塞,以满足特定工况下的设计使用要求。In the hydraulic cylinder for construction machinery,in order to reduce the friction between the piston and the inner wall surface of the hydraulic cylinder due to the relative sliding during the reciprocating linear movement,and to improve the service life of the hydraulic cylinder,especially in high-speed,heavy-load and continuous work Under circumstances,a certain height of copper alloy can be surfacing on the surface of the piston to increase the sliding performance of the piston working surface,thereby reducing wear.Through theoretical analysis,the performance characteristics of copper alloys commonly used for surfacing welding are introduced,and by selecting suitable surfacing materials,welding methods and welding processes,surfacing copper alloys on the surface of 45 steel pistons,so as to obtain an existing certain The piston with the working surface of strength and good sliding performance can meet the design and use requirements under specific working conditions.
