摘 要:新工科建设与工程专业认证的实施,表明传统的教育模式已不能满足创新型人才培养的需要。基于此,地方高校充分挖掘教学实验室的利用潜力,全面贯通课堂、培训、项目、比赛与科研的全链条培养渠道,创新“五早”人才培养模式:“早进实验室、早进行培训、早申报项目、早参加比赛、早参与科研”,切实提高新工科背景下地方农业高校的人才培养质量。十余年的实验探索结果表明,该模式成效显著,值得进一步推广。The implementation of“emerging engineering education”construction and engineering professional certification shows that traditional education models can no longer meet the needs of innovative talent training.Based on this,for local colleges and universities,it is necessary to fully tap the potential of teaching laboratories,comprehensively integrate the entire chain of training channels for classrooms,training,projects,competitions,and scientific research,and innovate the“five-early”talent training model:“entering the laboratory early,proceeding training early,applying for projects early,taking part in competitions early and participating in scientific research early”.This model could effectively improve the quality of talent training in local agricultural colleges and universities under the background of“emerging engineering education”.More than ten years of experimental exploration results show that this model has achieved remarkable results and is worthy of further promotion.
