摘  要:目的探索振动刺激诱发前庭诱发电位(VsEP Vestibular Evoked Potential)检测系统的构建及电位记录方法。旨在建立一套操作简便,无创伤,可长期反复操作,结果稳定的前庭诱发电位检测系统。方法选取健康小鼠6只,随机分为健康对照组(3只)和庆大霉素造模组(3只)。使用振动刺激诱发记录前庭诱发电位(Vestibular evoked potential,VsEP),并与声刺激诱发的听性脑干反应(ABR)进行比较。结果6只小鼠均能引出稳定的VsEP波。庆大霉素造模组在SPLR波形振动刺激下比较健康对照组阈值升高(P<0.01),N1-P1振幅降低(P<0.05)。ABR阈值无明显差异。结论振动刺激诱发的前庭诱发电位检测系统是一种操作简便、无创伤、波形稳定的动物前庭功能检测系统,可用于小鼠前庭功能电生理状态的客观评价研究。Objective To develop a testing system and protocols for vibration elicited vestibular sensory-evoked potentials(VsEPs)that are non-invasive,stable and easy to use with reproducible results for animal studies.Method Six healthy mice were selected to be in a gentamicin treatment or control group(n=3 in each group)and received VsEP and click elicited ABR tests.Result Stable VsEP waves could be elicited in all 6 mice with typical waves,although with significantly higher thresholds and lower amplitudes in the gentamicin group than in the control group under SPLR stimulation(P<0.01 and P<0.05,respectively).Conclusion A vibration-elicited VsEP test system is easy to set up and non-invasive,and can produce repeatable and stable waveforms reflecting vestibular function,which can be widely used in objective vestibular electrophysiological evaluation in mice.
