摘 要:基于特征模理论分析了反射超表面单元模式特性和散射参数的关系,提出了一种仅需2个开关结构同时实现1-bit相位调控和转极化的单元结构,仿真分析表明单元工作带宽在26~33 GHz,并基于此设计了工作在Ka波段的波束倾角为0°和60°的1-bit转极化反射阵列。测试结果表明阵列可工作在27~33 GHz,最大增益分别为25.1,22.0 dBi,天线口径效率分别为12.5%和12.2%。该反射超表面单元结构简单,有效减少了开关数量,在低成本电扫反射阵列的应用中具有极大潜力。Based on the theory of characteristic modes,the relationship between the scattering parameters and the modal characteristics of reflective metasurface elements is analyzed.A reflective metasurface cell is proposed,which simultaneously realizes 1-bit phase variation and polarization twisting with only two switches.Simulation analysis shows that the operating bandwidth of the unit cell is between 26 GHz and 33 GHz.On this basis,1-bit polarization twisting reflectarrays with beam direction of 0°and 60°operating in Ka-band are designed.The measured results show that the reflectarrays operate from 27 GHz to 33 GHz.The maximum realized gains are 25.1,22.0 dBi respectively,and the antenna aperture efficiencies are 12.5%and 12.2%,respectively.The proposed reflective metasurface unit cell has a simple structure and it can effectively reduce the number of switches,which has a great potential in the applications of low-cost electrical beam scanning reflectarrays.
