摘 要:针对大多数天线无法实现轨道角动量(Orbital Angular Momentum,OAM)的任意生成和切换的问题,设计并分析了一种基于1-bit可编程超表面,探讨了其在涡旋电磁波的模态可重构方面的应用。基于1-bit相位量化原理,设计了一款极性转化单元,实现入射x极化波反射y极化波。理论分析了涡旋电磁波的辐射及可重构模态性能,并对设计的可编程超表面进行仿真验证。由15×15个单元组成的1-bit反射可编程超表面在11.5~13.5 GHz(16.0%)工作带宽内生成了携带模态l为0,±1,±2的涡旋电磁波,验证了模态可重构性。平面电磁波和涡旋电磁波既可以生成,又可以相互转换,为将来实现具有实时动态控制功能的OAM光束奠定了基础,在无线通信系统中具有良好的应用前景。To solve the problem that most antennas cannot achieve arbitrary generation and switching of Orbital Angular Momentum(OAM),a 1-bit programmable metasurface is designed and analyzed,and its application in the modal reconfiguration of vortex electromagnetic waves is discussed.Based on the principle of 1-bit phase quantification,a polarity conversion unit is designed to reflect the y-polarized wave from the incident x-polarized wave.The radiation and reconfigurable mode performance of vortex electromagnetic wave are analyzed theoretically,and the designed programmable metasurface is simulated and verified.The 1-bit reflective programmable metasarface,composed of 15×15 elements,generates vortex electromagnetic waves carrying modes l=0,±1,±2 in the operating bandwidth of 11.5~13.5 GHz(16.0%),which verifies the modal reconfiguration.The planar electromagnetic waves and vortex electromagnetic waves can be generated and mutually converted,laying the foundation for real-time dynamic control of OAM beams in the future,and has a good application prospect in wireless communication systems.
