摘 要:以某化工园区液氨卧式储罐为对象,采用Phast软件建立了液氨卧式储罐泄漏模型,研究了储罐压力、泄漏孔径、风速、环境温度等因素对液氨泄漏扩散特性的影响。结果表明:随着风速的增大,氨气云团扩散面积变小,影响范围相应变小。随着泄漏孔径的增大,氨气泄漏影响更高的区域。泄漏孔径大于0.09 m时,泄漏孔径不再是影响扩散的主要因素。随着储罐压力的增大,氨气侧视扩散范围逐渐升高,俯视扩散范围逐渐缩小。温度越高,氨气的扩散范围越大。Taking a liquid ammonia horizontal storage tank in a chemical industry park as an object,Phast software is used to establish a liquid ammonia horizontal storage tank leakage model,and the effects of storage tank pressure,leakage aperture,wind speed,environmental temperature on the leakage and diffusion characteristics of liquid ammonia are studied.The results show that with the increase of wind speed,the diffusion area of the cloud becomes smaller,and the range of influence becomes smaller accordingly.With the increase of the leakage aperture,the ammonia leakage affects the higher area.When the leakage aperture is greater than 0.09 m,the leakage aperture is no longer the main factor affecting diffusion.As the pressure of the storage tank increases,the diffusion range of ammonia gas gradually increases from the side view,and the diffusion range from the top view gradually decreases.The higher the temperature,the greater the diffusion range of ammonia.
