摘 要:悬挂式单轨交通轨道梁一般为下部开口的钢箱梁结构,抗扭刚度较小,通常采用20~30 m的简支结构,但实际工程为满足特殊节点的建设需求,需采用大跨径连续结构。以某悬挂式(30+45+30)m连续轨道梁为工程背景,利用有限元软件MIDAS/CIVIL建立基于梁单元的全桥三维模型,研究边主跨比、主梁高度及横梁布置等对连续轨道梁结构体系刚度特性的影响。结果表明:边主跨比对边跨轨道梁竖向变形影响较明显,跨径比建议取0.67;增加梁高可提高竖向抗弯刚度,最优梁高建议为1.5 m;横梁布置对梁端横向转角影响较大,其最优形式为每跨2道等间距布置。研究表明,按研究结论调整连续轨道梁边主跨比、梁高以及横向布置等构造参数,可有效改善轨道梁的刚度特性,保证车辆行驶的安全性及舒适性。The suspended monorail transit track beam is generally a steel box girder structure with lower opening,and the torsional stiffness is small.It usually adopts a simply supported structure of 20~30 m.however,in order to meet the construction needs of special joints,the actual project needs to adopt a large-span continuous structure.Taking a suspended(30+45+30) m continuous track beam as the engineering background,the three-dimensional model of the whole bridge based on beam element is established by using the finite element software MIDAS/CIVIL,and the effects of side to main span ratio,main beam height & beam layout on the stiffness characteristics of the continuous track beam structure system are studied.The results show that the side main span ratio has an obvious influence on the vertical deformation of the side span track beam,and the span ratio is recommended to be 0.67;increasing the beam height can improve the vertical bending stiffness,and the optimal beam height is recommended to be 1.5 m;the beam arrangement has a great influence on the transverse corner of the beam end,and its optimal form is 2 equal spacing arrangements per span.The research also shows that adjusting the structural parameters such as side main span ratio,beam height & transverse layout of continuous track beam according to the research conclusion can effectively improve the stiffness characteristics of track beam and ensure the safety & comfort of vehicle driving.
