摘 要:在海绵城市工程规划、工程建设方面,上海市应用广泛。污水处理厂由于厂内雨水管道管网容量有限、排放渠道受阻、调蓄能力不足等情况,易形成厂区局部积水、径流污染等现象。以上海某污水处理厂海绵化改造径流污染控制工程为例,探讨污水处理厂通过海绵化改造与厂区雨水收集及处理系统相结合,依靠增设植草沟、雨水花园、下凹式绿地等提升径流控制系统的蓄水能力,减少溢流;将原有雨水收集系统升级改造,增加尾水区集中功能区部分和雨水径流污染削减效果;通过与厂区现状高效沉淀池等设施结合进一步处理及排放雨水径流,能有效控制径流总量及污染,缓解雨天积水问题,为径流污染项目改造提供参考。Shanghai is widely used in Sponge City engineering planning & construction.Due to the limited capacity of the rainwater pipeline network in the sewage treatment plant,the blocked discharge channels,and the insufficient storage capacity,etc.,it is easy to cause local water accumulation & runoff pollution in the plant area.Taking the sponge transformation runoff pollution control project of a sewage treatment plant in Shanghai as an example,it discusses the combination of the sewage treatment plant through sponge transformation and the rainwater collection and treatment system in the plant area.Increase the water storage capacity of runoff control system and reduce overflow by adding grass planting ditch,rainwater garden and concave green space;upgrade the original rainwater collection system to increase the centralized functional area of tailrace area and the reduction effect of rainwater runoff pollution;combined with the current high-efficiency sedimentation tank and other facilities in the plant,the rainwater runoff can be further treated and discharged,which can effectively control the total amount of runoff and pollution,alleviate the problem of ponding in rainy days,and provide reference for the transformation of runoff pollution projects.
