摘 要:深水桥墩钢板桩围堰深层水平位移值是钢板桩围堰安全关键指标。GB 50497—2019《建筑基坑工程监测标准》要求钢板桩支护结构深层水平累计位移预警值采取双控,取累计位移绝对值和相对基坑设计深度H控制值中的较小值作为预警值。以某大桥工程项目为例,对深水桥墩钢板桩围堰深层水平位移值进行研究,空间有限元法计算值和现场实测值表明,深水桥墩钢板桩围堰深层水平位移累计绝对值远超GB 50497—2019规定的预警值。由于钢板桩围堰位于河道中,是一个相对独立的体系,采用相对基坑设计深度H控制值作为预警值对钢板桩深层水平位移进行控制比较合理,并在大桥工程桥墩围堰施工中得到证明。The deep horizontal displacement value of the steel sheet pile cofferdam of the deep water pier is the key safety index of the steel sheet pile cofferdam.GB 50497—2019 Standards for Construction Foundation Pit Engineering Monitoring requires double control of the early warning value of the deep horizontal cumulative displacement of the steel sheet pile supporting structure,and the smaller of the absolute value of the cumulative displacement and the control value of the relative foundation pit design depth H is taken as the early warning value.Taking a bridge engineering project as an example,the deep water pier steel sheet pile cofferdam deep horizontal displacement value is studied.The spatial finite element method calculation value and the field measured value show that the deep water pier steel sheet pile cofferdam deep layer horizontal displacement The cumulative absolute value far exceeds GB 50497,the early warning value stipulated in 2019.Since the steel sheet pile cofferdam is located in the river and is a relatively independent system,it is reasonable to use the relative foundation pit design depth H control value as the early warning value to control the deep horizontal displacement of the steel sheet pile,which has been proved in the construction of the bridge pier cofferdam.
