摘　　要：目的:报道常用细胞毒药品在本院输液给药排序实践及探讨。方法:查阅常用细胞毒药品说明书,在PUBMED和专业网站检索细胞毒药品的相互作用和排序依据。结果:依据检索结果制定有依据的细胞毒药品同日输液排序表,对于无确切依据的联用则依据文献建议和方便临床的原则建立一般通则,并据此对常用化疗方案中需同日注射的细胞毒药品进行排序。结论:细胞毒药品同日输液排序规则的明确有利于患者的安全,更多的研究有待开展以阐明所有细胞毒药品联用时的最佳顺序。Objective:To report the practice and discussion of administration sequences of cytotoxic drugs used in the same day in our hospital.Methods:The instructions of cytotoxic drugs were reviewed,and PubMed and professional websites were searched for the administration sequences of same-day chemotherapy.Results:Same-day administration sequences of cytotoxic drug tablets were established according to the search results.In the absence of supportive evidence with rationale,the general administration sequence rules were made according to the suggestions of literature and professional websites combined with the convenience for clinical use.Same-day sequencing recommendations for common used cytotoxic drugs were made according to the above rules.Conclusion:The sequencing recommendation is helpful to the safety of patients.Further clinical studies should be conducted in future,so as to elucidate the optimal sequence of all combination agents.
