摘 要:目的:建立顶空气相色谱法测定软皂酒精洗液中乙醇含量方法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法测定乙醇含量,内标物为正丙醇,色谱柱为Agilent HP-5(30.0 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm),FID检测器:250℃,分流比:30∶1,载气:高纯氮气,进样量:1μl。结果:乙醇浓度在0.125~1.50 ml·L^(-1)线性范围内,峰面积比与浓度呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为101.90%,RSD为2.06%(n=6),3个批次软皂酒精洗液乙醇平均含量为(77.74±1.37)%。结论:该方法准确性、重复性好,可为软皂酒精洗液中乙醇含量测定提供质量控制依据。Objective:To establish a method for the determination of ethanol in soft soap alcohol by headspace-gas chromatography(HS-GC).Methods:The content of ethanol was determined by HS-GC on a chromatographic column Agilent HP-5(30.0 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm).The internal standard was propanol.The FID detector temperature was at 250℃,the split ratio was 30∶1,the carrier gas was nitrogen with high purity,and the injection volume was 1μl.Results:The linear range of ethanol concentration was 0.125-1.50 ml·L^(-1)and the peak area ratio showed a good linear relationship with the concentration(r=0.9998).The average recovery was 101.90%with the RSDs of 2.06%(n=6).The average ethanol content of three batches of soft soap alcohol was(77.74±1.37)%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and repeatable,which provides quality control basis for the determination of ethanol in soft soap alcohol.
