蒲地蓝消炎口服液的临床应用安全性分析

摘　　要：目的分析探讨临床采用蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗价值。方法研究共抽取1281张处方,调查样本来源选取2020年5~10月门诊,急诊所有使用蒲地蓝消炎口服液的处方。观察治疗前后患者效果与对治疗安全性满意度评分,同时针对1281张处方单给药频率、单次剂量以及临床诊断情况进行分析。结果①分析患者治疗前后临床疗效对比:治疗后总有效率显著低于对照组比较,两组患者对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);②分析治疗前后满意度变化情况:治疗前总满意率显著高于对照组比较,两组患者对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);③患者年龄范围,诊断分布,日剂量,单次剂量分析:儿科使用蒲地蓝消炎口服液处方单最多,心理医学科以及肿瘤科使用蒲地蓝消炎口服液处方单最少;在临床诊断中蒲地蓝处方分布最高是上呼吸道感染,最少为喘息;年龄越高使用蒲地蓝消炎口服液处方越少;每天3次给药频率最高,最低为每天2次,单次剂量(10mL)80.54%。结论临床采用蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗,其主要价值作用为抗炎消肿以及清热解毒等,不会引起不良反应,治疗安全性高,疗效显著。而在日常工作中依然存在不合理用药事件,需增强医师相关培训工作,规范使用,对药品说明书不断完善。Objective To analyze the clinical value of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid.Methods A total of 1281 prescriptions were selected for the study,and the source time was selected from May to October 2020 in outpatient clinics.Emergency clinics have prescriptions for Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid.Observe the patient’s effect before and after treatment and the scores of satisfaction with treatment safety,and analyze the frequency,single dose and clinical diagnosis of 1281 prescriptions.Results①Analyze the comparison of clinical efficacy of patients before and after treatment:The total effective rate after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically poor(P<0.05);②Analysis of the changes of satisfaction before and after treatment:The total satisfaction rate before treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);③Age range,diagnosis distribution,daily dose and single dose analysis:Pediatric department used the most prescription of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid,while psychological medicine department and oncology department used the least prescription of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid.In clinical diagnosis,the highest distribution of Pudilan prescription was upper respiratory tract infection,and the least was wheezing.The older the patients were,the less they used Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid.The highest administration frequency was three times a day,and the lowest was two times a day.The single dose(10 mL)was 80.54%.Conclusion Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid is used for clinical treatment,and its main value is anti-inflammatory and swelling,clearing away heat and detoxification,etc.,without causing adverse reactions,high treatment safety,and remarkable curative effect.However,there are still incidents of irrational drug use in daily work,and it is necessary to strengthen the training of physicians,standardize the use,and continuously improve the drug instructions.
