摘　　要：目的对经椎板间完全内镜下L4~S1椎间盘摘除术对腰椎间盘突出症的效果进行深入探究。方法选取秦皇岛市第一医院骨科在2015年10月至2020年5月收治的腰间盘突出症患者88例,按手术方式的不同将患者分为参照组和研究组,各44例,参照组实施传统的开放式腰椎间盘髓核摘除术,研究组实施经椎板间完全内镜下L4~S1椎间盘摘除术,分析术后两组患者的身体恢复以及并发症发生的情况。结果研究组的术中出血量、手术时间、术后卧床时间以及术后住院日等术后相关资料明显优于参照组(P<0.05);研究组术前、术后1d、术后1个月、术后3个月的VAS评分明显低于参照组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率明显低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者实行经椎板间完全内镜下L4~S1椎间盘摘除术进行治疗,术后患者机体恢复较好,短期疗效较好,安全性高,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To explore the effect of interlaminar total endoscopic L4~S1 discectomy on lumbar disc herniation.Methods 88 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc treated in the Department of Orthopaedics of Qinhuangdao First Hospital from October 2015 to May 2020 were divided into control group(n=44)and study group(n=44).The study group performed interlaminar total endoscopic discectomy with L4~S1.The physical recovery and complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results The postoperative related data such as intraoperative blood loss,operation time,postoperative bed rest time and postoperative hospital stay in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group before operation,1 day,1 month and 3 months after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with L4~S1 discectomy under complete interlaminar endoscopy.The patients recovered well after operation with good short-term curative effect and high safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
