冠脉介入手术的导管室护理风险管理措施探讨

摘　　要：目的观察和探究冠脉介入手术的导管室护理风险管理效果。方法选择广东省惠州市第一人民医院2018年4~12月收治的100例接受冠脉介入手术的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和研究组,每组50例,对照组采用导管室常规护理管理,研究组采用导管室护理风险管理,对比两组患者护理管理效果。结果观察组护理风险事件发生率2.0%低于对照组护理风险事件发生率14.0%,对照组依从优良率76.0%低于观察组94.0%,观察组护理总满意率98.0%(49/50)高于对照组78.0%(39/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在未接受护理干预之前,两项评分没有统计学差异,而在经过不同护理模式后,观察组的两项评分要低于对照组患者,提示两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受冠脉介入治疗的患者开展护理风险管理能够有效降低治疗过程中存在的护理风险,对于提高患者接受治疗的依从性以及拉近护患关系均有非常重要的价值。Objective To observe and explore the effect of catheter room nursing risk management in coronary intervention.Methods 100 patients who underwent coronary intervention in Huizhou First People’s Hospital from April 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing management in catheter room and the study group adopted nursing risk management in catheter room.The nursing management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 2.0%lower than 14.0%in the control group,the excellent compliance rate in the control group was 76.0%lower than 94.0%in the observation group,and the total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 98.0%(49/50)higher than 78.0%(39/50)in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before receiving nursing intervention,but after different nursing modes,the two scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,suggesting that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management for patients undergoing coronary intervention can effectively reduce the nursing risk in the process of treatment,and is of great value in improving patients’compliance and narrowing the relationship between nurses and patients.
