六神胶囊在轻中度痤疮中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察六神胶囊治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的疗效。方法收集2020年4月至2020年8月于苏州大学附属第一医院皮肤科门诊就诊的轻、中度寻常痤疮患者87例。治疗组患者口服六神丸胶囊1粒/次,每天3次,饭后服用;对照组患者口服丹参酮胶囊1g/次,每天3次。2组患者均外用克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶,点涂皮损处,每日2次。连续治疗8周。观察皮损数目变化情况,对比疗效、不良反应。结果治疗8周后,治疗组有效率79.55%,对照组有效率72.09%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论六神胶囊治疗轻中度寻常痤疮有良好疗效,且不良反应少。Objective To observe the curative effect of Liushen capsule in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris.Methods From April 2020 to August 2020,87 patients with mild to moderate acne vulgaris were collected from the Dermatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University.The 87 patients were randomly classified into two groups.The 44 patients in the treatment group were treated with Liushen capsule,one capsule once and three times a day.The 43 patients in the control group were given Danshentong capsules,1g once and three times a day.Both the two group received topical clindamycin gel twice a day.The course of whole treatment lasted for 8 weeks.The changes of skin lesions were observed,and the efficacy and adverse reactions were compared.Results After 8 weeks of the treatment,the effective rate was 79.55%in the treatment group and 72.09%in the control group,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Liushen capsule has good curative effect in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris with less adverse reactions.
