加味桂枝宁嗽汤治疗小儿外感风寒诱发咳嗽的临床体会

摘　　要：目的分析加味桂枝宁嗽汤在治疗小儿外感风寒诱发咳嗽临床治疗中的效果。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月我院收治的小儿外感风寒诱发咳嗽患儿260例,根据其入院时间采用等距法将其分为两组:观察组与对照组。对照组患儿对其施行西药(孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片和硫酸沙丁胺醇)治疗;观察组患儿则对其施行加味桂枝宁嗽汤的治疗方式进行治疗,疗程结束后,对比分析两组患儿的临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组患儿的临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的咳嗽症状积分(日间、夜间)无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患儿的咳嗽症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿的肺部啰音消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、咳痰消失时间均显著低于对照组,且其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味桂枝宁嗽汤对于治疗小儿外感风寒诱发咳嗽有良好效果,具有临床推广使用的价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Modified Guizhi Ningsou Decoction in the treatment of cough induced by exogenous wind cold in children.Methods Two hundred and sixty children with cough induced by exogenous wind cold in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by isometric method according to the admission time:The observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with Western Medicine(ketotifen and salbutamol sulfate).The observation group was treated with Modified Guizhi Ningsou Decoction.After the course of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in cough symptom score(daytime,night)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,cough symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of pulmonary rales,cough and expectoration in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Guizhi Ningsou Decoction has good effect on cough induced by exogenous wind cold in children,and has the value of clinical application.
