摘　　要：因甲午战争失败,1895年4月17日,清政府被迫签订《马关条约》,割让台湾、澎湖列岛给日本。面对瓜分狂潮,一些进步爱国人士,如陈独秀、李大钊,及毛泽东在1912年及之后,为国家的前途担忧。他们满怀理想,于1921年建立了中国共产党。中国共产党为实现国家独立与自由,无惧困难险阻,决心收复包括台湾在内的中国所有失地。作为中国共产党的一名著名理论家,瞿秋白心系在日本殖民统治下的台湾人民,分析台湾社会现状,思考如何解放台湾,帮助台籍青年制定务实的革命纲领。他主张,台湾青年在开展无产阶级革命之前,应团结工农大众以及地主、资本家,先开展全民革命,反抗日本的殖民统治。Because of the defeat in the First Sino-Japanese War,on April 17th,1895,the Qing government was forced to sign the Treaty of Shimonoseki and to cede Taiwan and the Pescadores Islands to Japan.Witnessing a frenzy of carve-ups,some progressive patriots such as Chen Duxiu,Li Dazhao and Mao Zedong felt anxious for the future of the country after 1912.These patriots were full of ideals and founded the Chinese Communist Party in 1921.In order to achieve national independence and freedom,the Chinese Communist Party was determined to reclaim China?s lost ground,including Taiwan,despite difficulties and obstacles.As a well-known theorist of the Chinese Communist Party,Qu Qiubai was concerned about the Taiwan Residents people under Japanese colonial rule.He analyzed the current situation of the Taiwan Residents society,meditating upon how to liberate Taiwan and help Taiwan Residents youth to formulate a feasible revolutionary program.He advocated that before launching the proletarian revolution,Taiwan Residents youth should unite workers,peasants,landlords,and capitalists to launch a national revolution and resist Japanese colonial rule.
