皖西地区汉族指纹嵴线密度和掌纹嵴线密度研究

摘　　要：目的获得安徽皖西地区汉族指纹嵴线密度和掌纹嵴线密度的基本参数。方法在知情同意原则的基础上,采集400例(男200人,女200人)手纹样本,体视显微镜下测量和计数,将所得数据通过SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果男女指纹嵴线密度(TFRD)分别为17.96±4.25和18.87±4.44,女>男(P<0.01)。a-bRD、b-cRD、cdRD、a-dRD、t-dRD和ΔatdRD分别是17.41±1.88,18.62±2.85,18.15±2.28,15.32±2.68,14.54±2.22和5.54±0.76,均为女>男,除a-dRD外,差异都有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论皖西手纹嵴线密度与皖籍学生没有明显差异,掌纹嵴线密度与广东、江西汉族有一定差异;说明皖西汉族手纹嵴线密度有自己的特点,又显示蒙古人种的一般特征。这与群体渊源和生活环境的差异有关。手纹嵴线密度为人类学、遗传学和医学提供较完整的数据。Objective To obtain the basic parameters of fingerprint ridge density and palm print ridge density about Han nationality in Wanxi area of Anhui.Methods On the base of informed consent,the hand prints of 400 sample,including 200 male and 200 female were collected,measured and counted with stereomicroscope,and analyzed by SPSS software.Results The mean of fingerprint ridge density(FRD)were 17.96±4.25 in male and 18.87±4.44 in female,FRD were higher in female than in male(P<0.01).a-bRD,b-cRD,c-dRD,a-dRD,t-dRD andΔatdRD were 17.41±1.88,18.62±2.85,18.15±2.28,15.32±2.68,14.54±2.22 and 5.54±0.76 respectively,female were higher than male,except a-dRD(P<0.01).Conclusion The hand ridge density no difference between Wanxi area Han and college students from Anhui.The palm print ridge density(PRD)was differences among the Han of Anhui with Guangdong and Jiangxi.The results showed that the hand ridge density of Han nationality in Anhui have their own special feature,and showed general character shared with the Mongoloids.These feature to colonial origin and difference of habitat.The hand ridge density(HRD)data will be useful for future research in anthropology,genetics and medicine.
