摘　　要：教育部提出:"以机制体制改革引领协同创新,以协同创新引领高校创新能力全面提升"的要求,力争突破高校内部与外部的机制体制壁垒。因此,充分认识高校在国家科技创新系统中的地位和作用,对于建设科技创新体系,提高科技竞争力有着极其重要的现实意义。文章从国内外高校科技创新研究现状入手,以四川高校科技创新现状为研究对象,从科技创新成果、科研项目与经费、科技创新平台、科研创新队伍、服务经济社会等角度,对我省高校科技创新现状进行总结分析,为我省高校科技创新的加快发展提供科学依据。According to direction of the Ministry of Education,profound understanding on the role of universities in the national system of innovation has important realistic significance on the establishment of a technological innovation system and the advancement of technological competitiveness.Starting from the status of science and technology innovations research in universities both domestic and abroad,it was analyzed from technological innovation achievements,research projects and funding,technological innovation platform,talents,and serving the economy and the society,which can provide scientific evidence for advancing technological innovation among the colleges and universities in Sichuan.
