摘  要:研究了等通道转角挤压(ECAP)和热处理对锻态Cu-Cr-Zr合金显微组织和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,未进行ECAP的固溶态Cu-Cr-Zr合金晶粒尺寸55~75μm,时效处理后基体中可见弥散分布的纳米级第二相析出;固溶+ECAP1道次的Cu-Cr-Zr合金的晶粒组织得到明显细化,晶粒尺寸15~25μm;ECAP4、ECAP8道次的Cu-Cr-Zr合金中可见高密度位错以及位错缠结形成的位错胞,晶粒尺寸较为细小,而时效热处理后晶粒尺寸有所长大且晶内析出纳米级第二相。ECAP后合金的腐蚀电流密度都不同程度减小,极化电阻不同程度增加,耐蚀性能得到提高,且等通道转角挤压道次越高则耐蚀性能越好;时效热处理有助于提升固溶态合金的耐蚀性能,而降低ECAP8道次合金的耐蚀性能。The effects of equal channel angular extrusion(ECAP)and heat treatment on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of the forged Cu-Cr-Zr alloy were studied. The results show that the grain size of solid solution Cu-Cr-Zr alloy without ECAP is 55-75 μm, and the dispersed nano-second phase precipitates in the matrix after aging treatment. The grain structure of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy solid solution +ECAP 1 pass is obviously refined, the grain size is 15-25 μm;dislocation cells formed by high density dislocations and dislocation entanglement can be seen in the Cu-Cr-Zr alloy with ECAP4 and ECAP8 passes, the grain size is relatively small, while the grain size increases after aging heat treatment and nano-second phase precipitates in the crystal. After ECAP, the corrosion current density decreases in varying degrees, the polarization resistance increases in varying degrees, and the corrosion resistance improves, and the higher the number of ECAP passes is, the better the corrosion resistance is. Aging heat treatment helps to improve the corrosion resistance of the solid solution alloy, but reduces the corrosion resistance of the ECAP8 alloy.
