摘 要:采用惯性摩擦焊接技术对活塞用Al-Si-Cu-Mg-Ni铝合金进行了焊接,运用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、X射线衍射仪、显微硬度测试、拉伸性能测试等手段分析了接头的组织变化、硬度分布以及室温拉伸性能。结果表明:经惯性摩擦焊后,焊缝区组织被细化,强化相破碎呈弥散状,整体沿径向分布;热机影响区组织在摩擦力和顶锻力的作用下被扭转挤压,呈流线型分布,部分强化相破碎成颗粒状,并伴有微裂纹产生;焊缝中存在Si、Al、Al-Cu-Ni等相,没检测到Mg_(2)Si和Al_(2)Cu,焊缝处硬度最高,为154HV;接头平均抗拉强度为178.9 MPa,达到母材的75%,断裂位置在热机影响区,断口呈现明显的解理断裂特征。Inertial friction welding technique was used to weld the Al-Si-Cu-Mg-Ni piston aluminum alloy. The microstructure change, hardness distribution and tensile properties of the joint at room temperature were investigated by means of scanning electron micro-scope, energy dispersive spectrometry, X-ray diffractometry, Vickers hardnes tester and tensile testing machine. The results show that after welding, the grains are refined in the weld zone, and the strengthened phases are broken and dispersively distributed along the radial direction. The microstructure of TMAZ is twisted and extruded under the friction and upsetting force, and it shows streamline accompanied by microcracks. There are Si, Al, Al-Cu-Ni phases in the weld zone, and Mg_(2)Si and Al_(2)Cu are not detected. The hardness of the weld zone is the highest, which reaches 154 HV. The average tensile strength of the joint can reach 178.9 MPa, as much as 75% of the base metal. The fracture location of the welded joints is TMAZ, the fracture has obvious cleavage fracture characteristics.
