摘  要:研究了蠕墨铸铁(CGI)的合金化和蠕化率对材料性能的影响。结果表明,Mn、Mo、Cu和Sn等合金元素的加入量在一定范围内可以有效提高CGI的抗拉强度,但蠕化率的提高会降低CGI的抗拉强度。建立了Mn、Mo、Cu、Sn和蠕化率中单一变量对材料抗拉强度影响的数学模型,进一步采用多变量五重积分的数学方法研究了合金化和蠕化率等变量对CGI性能的综合影响,在已知Mn、Mo、Cu、Sn等合金元素含量及蠕化率,通过建立数学模型来预测材料的抗拉强度。结果表明,所有变量与材料抗拉强度之间存在近似指数函数关系,多变量五重积分模型是合金化和蠕化率对材料性能影响的定量解释,在工程应用中可预测材料强度。The effects of alloying and creep rate on the properties of compacted graphite iron(CGI) materials were investigated. It shows that the tensile strength of CGI can effectively increase with alloying of Mn, Mo, Cu and Sn in a certain range, but the tensile strength of CGI can decrease with increase of creep rate. The mathematical model of the influence of single variable of Mn, Mo, Cu, Sn and creep rate on the tensile strength was established. The comprehensive effects of alloying and creep rate on the CGI properties were further investigated using multivariate five-fold integration. Under the known content of Mn, Mo, Cu, Sn and other alloying element and creep rate, the tensile strength of the material was predicted by the establishment of the mathematical model. The results show that there is an approximate exponential function between all the variables and the tensile strength of the material, and the multivariate five-fold integration model is a quantitative explanation of the influence of alloying and creep rate on material properties. It can quickly predict the strength of materials in engineering applications.
