摘  要:通过对某大型燃气机机体结构、要求及难点分析,逐步确定了造型及熔炼工艺。通过生产验证得出,底注开放式浇注系统能够有效降低铁水充型速率,从而控制充型过程中产生的紊流,减少铸件产生二次氧化夹渣的风险。按照此铸造工艺成功出产了大型气体燃气机机体。Through the analysis of the structure, requirements and difficulties of a large gas engine body, the moulding and smelting processes were gradually determined. Through production verification, it is concluded that the bottom injection open gating system can effectively reduce the molten iron filling rate, thereby controlling the turbulence generated during the filling process, and reducing the risk of secondary oxidation and slag inclusion in the casting. According to this casting process, the large gas engine body was successfully produced.
