摘 要:根据某航空机匣件的结构特点设计了蜡模及其入射口结构,运用三维绘图软件UG建立了三维模型。通过选择合理的物性参数,利用华铸CAE软件对蜡模充型过程进行了数值模拟,并对结果进行了分析。根据分析结果,优化了入射口流速,并且在最优流速下,得出了入射口压力曲线。本文的研究结果能为机匣件蜡模充型的工艺参数选择和同类型压蜡机的设计提供依据。According to the structural characteristics of an aircraft compressor casing,the wax mold and its entrance port structure were designed.3 D model was established by using 3 D drawing software UG.By selecting reasonable physical parameters,the process of wax mold filling was numerically simulated and the results were analyzed by using HuazhuCAE/InteCAST software.According to the analysis results,the velocity of the inlet was optimized,and the pressure curve of the incident port was obtained at the optimal velocity.The research results can provide the basis for the selection of the process parameters and the design of the same type wax press.
