摘  要:采用MSC.Marc软件构建了仿真分析模型,对某中速柴油机的Nimonic80A高温合金排气阀电热镦锻工艺进行了仿真分析,建立了多段式电流加载曲线和非线性的镦粗力加载模式,优化了该排气阀的主要工艺参数。将优化工艺应用于实际生产,提高了产品成品率。MSC. Marc software was used to build a simulation analysis model to simulate the electric heating upsetting process of the Nimonic 80 A superalloy exhaust valve of a medium speed diesel engine. The multi-stage current loading curve and nonlinear upsetting force loading mode were established, and the main process parameters of the exhaust valve were optimized. The optimization process is applied to the actual production and it improves the product yield.
