摘  要:为明确多丝焊热输入对接头性能的实际作用,通过数值模拟方法分析了X80管线钢四丝、五丝埋弧焊焊接温度场,并与实际接头的焊缝尺寸进行了对比,两者基本一致,说明数值模拟结果能够代表实际接头的热循环。在此基础上对比了数值模拟与通过热模拟试验用雷卡林模型计算的热循环参数t8/5,发现t8/5数值模拟结果相对较小,且两者在600~500℃的停留时间的差值较大。由于X80管线钢的相变温度在592~464℃,t6/5对相变及性能的影响最大。基于t6/5建立了四丝、五丝埋弧焊当量线能量的计算方法,结果表明四丝、五丝埋弧焊的当量线能量只有总热输入的79%、76%,说明若采用热模拟试验进行多丝焊接热影响区的性能分析,应该降低总的热输入才能保持与实际接头一致。In order to clarify the actual effect of multi-wire welding heat input on the joint performance, the welding temperature field of X80 pipeline steel with four-wire and five-wire submerged arc welding was analyzed by numerical simulation method, and it was compared with the weld size of actual joint, which are basically consistent and indicates that the numerical simulation results can represent the actual joint thermal cycle. On this basis, the thermal cycle parameters t8/5 given by numerical simulation and Rekalin model for thermal simulation test were compared. It is found that the numerical simulated t8/5 is relatively smaller, and the difference of residence time between the both is large in the range of 600-500℃.Because the phase transformation temperature of X80 pipeline steel is 592-464 ℃, t6/5 has the greatest impact on phase transformation and properties. Based on t6/5, the calculation method of equivalent heat input of four-wire and five-wire submerged arc welding was established. The results show that the equivalent heat input of four-wire and five-wire submerged arc welding is only 79% and 76% of the total heat input, which indicates that the total heat input should be reduced in thermal simulation experiment to keep consistent with the actual joint.
