摘  要:重整预加氢反应器管线焊缝处发生泄露,对该管线进行了宏观检查、硬度测试、金相组织分析、扫描电镜分析、能谱分析。结果表明:1Cr5Mo钢焊接裂纹敏感性高;管线焊接接头存在咬边,焊缝处为马氏体+下贝氏体+粒状贝氏体+铁素体的混合组织,使硬度增加、内应力增大;管道中的油气含有许多硫化物,形成腐蚀环境。以上三个因素促使重整预加氢反应器管线发生应力腐蚀失效。The pipeline welding seam of reforming pre-hydrogenation reactor was leaked. The macroscopic inspection,hardness test, metallographic structure analysis, scanning electron microscope analysis and energy spectrum analysis were carried out for the pipeline. The results show that 1 Cr5 Mo steel is highly sensitive to welding cracks. Undercut exists in the pipeline welding joint, and the mirostructure of the welded joint is mixed structure of martensite + lower bainite + granular bainite + ferrite, which increases the hardness and internal stress. There are many sulfides in the petroleum gas of the pipeline,forming a corrosive environment. The above three factors lead to stress corrosion failure of reforming pre-hydrogenation reactor pipeline.
