摘 要:在去产能、调结构、打响蓝天保卫战的时代背景下,钢铁行业必须走绿色、可持续发展道路,本文论述了绿色可持续发展的必要性。不同于传统的行政管理方法,提出了绿色可持续发展的行业技术发展策略,瞄准市场需求开发高端产品及先进生产技术,大力开发钢铁行业迫切需要的关键技术。开发贯穿于焦化、烧结、冶炼、轧制、热处理等钢材生产全部流程的钢铁行业绿色生产技术;加大科技投入,建设校企合作的研发机构,提高科研人员水平,以保证钢铁行业的绿色可持续发展。In the area of de-capacity,structural adjustment and blue sky defense,the steel industry must follow the path of green and sustainable development.The necessity of green sustainable development was discussed.A green sustainable development strategy was proposed which was different from the traditional administrative management method.Aiming at market demand,the high-end products and advanced production technologies was developed.Developing the key technologies needed in the steel industry and developing green production technologies of the steel industry is throughout the entire process of steel production such as coking,sintering,smelting,rolling and heat treatment.The science and technology investment increases.The research and development institution for school-enterprise cooperation should be built and the level of scientific research personnel is improved.So that the sustainable development of the steel industry should be ensured.
