摘  要:通信技术的高速发展对现有通信材料提出更高要求,传统软磁材料在高频阶段有较高磁损耗以及涡流损耗,不能满足现阶段的技术要求。FeSiAl软磁磁粉芯因其高饱和磁化强度、低损耗等特性而得到广泛研究。以FeSiAl为研究对象,介绍了其粉末制备工艺、绝缘包覆、压制成型以及热处理对磁粉芯性能影响的最新进展,着重对磁粉芯绝缘包覆方法以及退火温度的影响进行归纳总结。未来对复合磁粉芯的研究重点与难点仍然在于绝缘包覆方法以及包覆技术的开发。The rapid development of communication technology puts forward higher requirements for the existing communication materials.The traditional soft magnetic materials have high magnetic loss and eddy current loss in the high frequency stage,which cannot meet the current technical requirements.FeSiAl soft magnetic core is widely studied because of its high saturation magnetization and low loss.Based on the research object of FeSiAl,the latest progress of the influence of powder preparation process,insulation coating,pressing molding and heat treatment on the properties of magnetic powder core were introduced.The method of magnetic powder core insulation coating and annealing temperature were summarized.In the future,the research emphasis and difficulty research on the composite magnetic core were still the development of insulation coating method and coating technology.
