摘  要:BaTiO_(3)作为强介铁电陶瓷在电容器领域发挥着巨大作用,提高其温度稳定性是目前急需解决的问题。采用CaCu_(3)Ti_(4)O_(12)来改善BaTiO_(3)(管筒称BT)的介电性能,提高其温度稳定性。通过传统固相法结合两步工艺制备了(1-x)BaTiO_(3)-x CaCu_(3)Ti_(4)O_(12)(BT-CCTO,x=0.05,0.1,0.15和0.2)复相陶瓷。结果表明,单相的BT和CCTO在1200℃部分发生反应,形成Ba_(4)Ti_(12)O_(27)和CaTiO_(3);且随着CCTO含量的增加,晶粒尺寸呈不均匀的晶粒生长方式,一组表现出四方(晶粒尺寸约1μm),另一组表现出长棒状(约10μm长),同时介电常数显著提升,且在100℃附近表现出弥散特性。As a strong dielectric ceramics,BaTiO_(3)plays an important role in the field of capacitor and the problem to be solved urgently is to improve it's temperature stability.Therefore,(1-x)BaTiO_(3)-xCaCu_(3)Ti_(4)O_(12)(x=0.05,0.1,0.15 and 0.2)compound ceramics was prepared by the conventional solid state reaction processing with two-step method.The results indicate that single phase of BT partly interacts with CCTO at 1200℃,and thus,the Ba_(4)Ti_(12)O_(27)and CaTiO_(3)phases appear.And with the increase of CCTO content,the grain size increases followed by the inhomogeneous microstructure of two classes of different grain formed.One class has the small,square type grains with the size of 1μm and the other has the large rod-like grains with the size of 10μm.The dielectric constant increases and the diffused features appear around 100℃.
