摘 要:钢中氧氮含量对材料的性能有重要影响。准确测定氧氮含量对钢的质量改良、钢的性能提升都具有重要作用。针对ONH2000氧氮氢分析仪,按照GB/T11261-2006和GB/T20124-2006的要求分别采用惰气熔融-红外线吸收法和惰气熔融热导法测定钢中氧和氮,分析了每个步骤可能会对结果产生的误差,研究了提高数据准确度和稳定性的方法,以保证钢中氧氮含量分析的准确性。The content of oxygen and nitrogen in steel has an important influence on the properties of the material.The accurate determination of oxygen and nitrogen content plays an important role in improving the quality and performance of steel.Aiming at ONH2000 oxygen,nitrogen and hydrogen analyzer,according to the requirements of GB/T 11261-2006 and GB/T 20124-2006,the inert gas melting-infrared absorption method and inert gas melting thermal conductivity method was used to measure oxygen and nitrogen in steel,respectively.The errors that may be caused to the results in each step were analyzed,and the methods to improve the accuracy and stability of data were studied to ensure the accuracy of oxygen and nitrogen content analysis in steel.
