摘 要:采用原位定量表征方法对5种常用冷却方式制备的GH4096高温合金标准尺寸挡板件中的γ'相进行了统计表征。通过该方法,可以原位跨尺度地观察材料中的一次、二次和三次γ'相,并在依据尺寸着色以后可以看到各个尺寸段γ'相的分布情况。此外,还得到各次γ'相的尺寸、面积分数、数量和密度等定量信息。结果表明,所选5种冷速下的样品,小于500 nm的γ'相的分布密度在208~257个/μm^(2)。在冷却速率最慢的挡板冷却产生了最多的γ'相,其中二次γ'相的数量与在相同介质中冷却的其他样品相似,但改材料中含有显著更多数量的三次γ'相。冷却速率最快的挡板冷速较大使得过饱和程度较高,抑制了γ'相的长大同时导致了更多的形核发生。因而γ'相尺寸分布区间较窄,不存在明显较大尺寸的析出相颗粒。同时,尺寸分布较均匀,二次和三次γ'相的平均直径与整体的尺寸中位值几乎相等。通过标准尺寸的挡板样品获取了更接近实际生产的统计定量数据,可应用于未来对建立γ'相与性能等之间相关性的研究中。The morphological differences of γ'precipitates in five standard circle ring baffles produced in five common cooling ways were characterized using an original position quantitative method.By using this method,the primary,secondary and tertiary γ'precipitates could be observed across-the scale.The γ'precipitates were demonstrated by pseudo-colored photos depend on the size of γ'precipitates.The morphology,diameter,area fraction,amount,particle density and many other information of γ'precipitates in these five baffles were quantitatively captured.The results show that the densities of γ'precipitates less than 500 nm are between 208-257μm^(-2).The baffle cooling in the slowest cooling rate produces the most γ'precipitates,within which number of secondary γ'precipitates similar to the other sample cooling in the same media but enormous tertiary γ'precipitates contained.The baffle cooling with the fastest cooling rate,the supersaturation results led to more γ'precipitates nucleate but suppress the growth of the cooling γ'precipitates.Therefore,the γ'phase size distribution areas are narrow,and there are no significantly large size phase separation particles.Meanwhile,the size distribution is more uniform,and the average diameter of the secondary and cubic γ'phases is almost equal to the overall median value of the size.The statistical and quantitative data closer to actual production are obtained fromstandard-size baffle samples,which can be applied to future studies to establish a correlation between the γ'phase and performance.
