摘  要:研究不同气氛、不同冷却方式的时效处理对TB9钛合金丝材室温拉伸性能的影响,确定最佳的丝材及弹簧时效处理方式和制度。结果表明,经过550℃×8 h/充氩气冷却时效处理后的TB9丝材可稳定达到最优的强度区间,同时具有理想的塑性性能匹配,良好满足弹簧工作特性要求;另外,研制的弹簧变形控制装备可有效消除弹簧热处理过程中产生的变形,获得尺寸优异的弹簧制品。The effects of aging treatment in different atmospheres and cooling modes on the tensile properties of TB9 titanium alloy wire at room temperature were studied.The aging treatment method and system for wire and spring were determined.The results show that TB9 wire can reach the optimal strength range after 550℃×8 h/argon-filled cooling aging treatment.At the same time,it has ideal plastic property matching and meets the requirements of spring working characteristics well.In addition,the developed spring deformation control equipment can effectively eliminate the deformation produced in the process of spring heat treatment,and obtain the spring products with excellent size.
