抑郁在老年人领悟社会支持与生活满意度之间的中介效应

摘　　要：目的分析泰安市老年人领悟社会支持、抑郁和生活满意度之间的关系,并探讨抑郁在领悟社会支持与生活满意度之间的中介效应。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法抽取3 896名60岁及以上老年人,采用自编一般情况调查表、生活满意度量表(SWLS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)和病人健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)搜集相关资料,并采用逐步回归法对抑郁在领悟社会支持与生活满意度之间的中介效应进行检验。结果老年人生活满意度得分平均为(27.86±5.32)。Pearson相关分析结果表明,老年人抑郁与生活满意度和领悟社会支持之间均呈负相关关系(r=-0.461、-0.312,P<0.001),生活满意度与领悟社会支持之间呈正相关关系(r=0.342,P<0.001)。回归分析结果显示,社会支持、抑郁得分对生活满意度均有影响(t=13.777、-22.104,P<0.001)。领悟社会支持对生活满意度的总效应值为0.275,直接效应值为0.196,抑郁对生活满意度的中介效应值为0.079,均通过非参数百分位Bootstrap检验。结论老年人生活满意度相对较高,领悟社会支持和抑郁是生活满意度的影响因素,抑郁在领悟社会支持与生活满意度之间起部分中介作用。Objective To analyze the relationship between perception of social support, depression, and life satisfaction among the elderly in Tai’ an, and to explore the mediating effect of depression in perception of social support and life satisfaction. Methods A multi-stage cluster random sampling method was used to sample a total of 3 896 elderly people aged ≥60 years. The self-compiled general survey form, Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS), Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) and Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9) were used to collect relevant data, and the stepwise regression method was adopted to test the mediating effect of depression in comprehension of social support and life satisfaction. Results The average life satisfaction score of the elderly was(27.86±5.32). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that depression in the elderly was negatively correlated with life satisfaction and social support perception(r=-0.461,-0.312, respectively;P<0.001) There was a positive correlation between life satisfaction and perceived social support(r=0.342, P<0.001). Regression analysis results showed that social support and depression scores had an effect on life satisfaction(t=13.777,-22.104, respectively;P<0.001). The total effect value of social support on life satisfaction was 0.275 and the direct effect was 0.196.The mediating effect of depression on life satisfaction was 0.079. All passed the non-parametric percentile Bootstrap test. Conclusion The life satisfaction of the elderly is relatively high. Perceived social support and depression are the influencing factors of life satisfaction. Depression plays a part of the mediating role between the perceived social support and life satisfaction.
