摘 要:目的建立PM;中24种金属元素的超声辅助-逆王水提取法-ICP-MS测定方法。方法样品经逆王水、氢氟酸超声加热回流提取后,使用ICP-MS测定24种金属元素。结果24种金属元素的线性相关系数(r)均大于0.99,加标回收率在80%~120%之间;最低检出限为0.004 ng/m^(3)~1.450μg/m^(3),方法相对标准差小于5%,对滤膜国家标准参考物质的测定结果均符合推荐值。对郑州市冬夏两季的65份样品进行测定,结果表明中原区冬夏两季和经开区夏季PM_(2.5)主要来源于本地地面扬尘,而经开区冬季PM_(2.5)存在外源输入。结论建立的方法提取效率高,灵敏、准确,可用于PM_(2.5)样品中24种金属元素的快速、准确的测定。Objective To establish an ultrasonic-assisted inverse aqua regia extraction combined with inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)method for determination of 24 metallic elements in PM;.Methods The samples were mixed with inverse aqua regia and HF,and the mixture was ultrasonic reflux extracted.The 24 metallic elements in the sample solution were analyzed by ICP-MS.Results The correlation coefficients(r)of 24 metallic elements were all greater than 0.99,and the recoveries were in the range of 80%-120%.The detection limits of the method ranged from 0.004 ng/m^(3) to 1.45μg/m^(3),with the relative standard deviations less than 5.0%.The results of the PM_(2.5) standard reference materials(SRMs)were in good agreement with the reference values.Sixty-five samples of PM_(2.5) from Zhengzhou city in winter and summer were tested,and results indicated that PM_(2.5) samples from Zhongyuan district in winter and summer and Jingkai district in summer were mainly derived from local ground dust.However,the PM;in Jingkai district in winter had external input.Conclusion The developed method is efficient,sensitive,and accurate.It can be applied to rapid and accurate determination of 24 metallic elements in PM;samples.
