论马克思“公共价值”信念与人类命运共同体“价值共识”追求——基于马克思公共哲学的审视

摘　　要：价值共识基于公共价值而存在。马克思“公共价值”作为马克思公共哲学语境中的重要内涵,是赋予共同体以公共性质必要因素与个体活动得以实现的必然形式。实现人类命运共同体“共同价值”作为构建人类命运共同体的理论基石,以为全人类谋求共同价值目标、取向、规范为初衷,内蕴着对资本逻辑构成的旧式全球公共模式的时代纠偏和对新型公共性全球秩序的当代尝试。立足马克思“公共价值”探究人类命运共同体“价值共识”,是马克思公共哲学理论主题之应有之义与构建公正合理全球治理方案之必然逻辑。基于马克思“公共价值”的理论品质,实现人类命运共同体“价值共识”,需注重“客体效用”“主体表达”“行为规范”三者的彼此关联,即深刻把握“公共价值”为“价值共识”提供的客体公共效应、“价值共识”内蕴的主体对“公共价值”的共同表达、“公共价值”基础上主体的价值共识凝聚。Value consensus exists based on the public value.Marx's public value as an important connotation in the context of Marx's public philosophy is to give the community the necessary elements of public nature and the inevitable form of realization of individual activities.The realization of the common value of a community of shared future for mankind is the theoretical cornerstone of building a community of shared future for mankind.It is the original intention of all mankind to seek common value goals,orientations,and norms.Contemporary attempts at a sexual global order.Based on Marx's public value,exploring the value consensus of the community of shared future for mankind should become the proper meaning of the theme of Marx's public philosophy theory and the inevitable logic of constructing a fair and reasonable global governance plan.Based on the theoretical quality of Marx's public value,to realize the value consensus of a community of shared future for mankind,it is necessary to pay attention to the interrelationship of object utility,subject expression and behavior norm.Profoundly grasp the object public effect provided by public value for value consensus;the common expression of public value by the subject of value consensus;the cohesion of the subject's value consensus on the basis of public value.
