中西医治疗Graves病突眼症的临床进展

摘　　要：目的探究中西医治疗Graves突眼症的最新治疗进展。方法笔者通过查阅近年来发表的大量关于本病相关的中英相关文献。结果 Graves病突眼症中采用西医治疗(如氧化硒、眼眶减压术、糖皮质激素、靶向药物等)、祖国医学(中药汤剂、针灸、推拿等)疗效不一,且不同治疗方法有不同优势。结论中西医各有优势,临床医师应灵活的根据患者实施个体化方案,为患者选择最佳的治疗方案。Objective To explore the latest treatment progress of Graves exophthalmos with traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods The author consulted a large number of Chinese and English literatures related to this disease published in recent years.Results The curative effects of Western medicine(such as selenium oxide, orbital decompression, glucocorticoid, targeted drugs, etc.) and traditional Chinese medicine(traditional Chinese medicine decoction, acupuncture, massage, etc.) were different, and different treatments had different advantages.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine have their own advantages.Clinicians should flexibly implement individualized schemes according to patients and select the best treatment scheme for patients.
